Here is what you need to register successfully:

#1 - The name exactly as it appears on your OCTOBER bill--Including any special numbers or other designations. 

EXAMPLE:  If the first line of the address reads "JOHN DOE #2" you will need to type exactly what you see on the bill, including the "#2"

#2 - Your NEW 6-digit account number in order to complete registration.  (Continue reading below).

Ampstun has assigned everyone a new 6-digit account number.  The new numbers are comprised of a prefix of 10, 100, 1000, or 10000, PLUS your previous account number.  (See any previous bill to find your old account number.)   If your previous account number was "5" then you will need to add 10000 in front of the 5, making your new 6-digit account number "100005."  If your previous account number was "123" then you will need to add 100 in front of 123, making your new 6-digit account number "100123" etc.

Your NEW account number will be printed for the first time on your November bill, which will not be mailed until 11/01/2021.

Dean Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.


Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to:  Dean Water Supply; P.O. Box 6495; Tyler, TX 75712.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Automatic Bank Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept checks or money orders -- NO CASH. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Call the interactive, toll-free line at (833) 874-7377.   To pay your bill by phone you will need to know your full 6-digit account number and the current amount due.  If you do not know your 6-digit account number, call our office at (903) 597-2817 during normal business hours.
